Phuket consists of the island of Phuket, the country’s largest island, and another 32 smaller islands off its coast. The island of Phuket is surrounded by beautiful mountains and is rich in exotic animals and rainforests. The beaches are pristine and the food is delectable. Street food is a must try.

Where?

Phuket is one of the southern provinces (changwat) of Thailand.

How?

We flew into Phuket International Airport and booked two nights at Simplitel Hotel for $63/night and included breakfast. We got a room with a view of the mountains and there were plenty of restaurants and bars playing live bands on that street.
