Mũi Né was once a little-inhabited beach that has seen some serious development in the past 15 years. The original fishing village is still there, but tourists outnumber locals these days. This town is known for their kite-surfing vibe and the Mũi Né Fairy Stream is not to be missed. Taxi drivers there are aggressively fast drivers – someone in our group had a motorcyclist spit in her face in the backseat when the taxi driver cut him off. Rule #1: Close your windows.
Mũi Né is a coastal resort town along the South China Sea in Southeast region of Vietnam.
We took a bus from Ho Chi Minh (Saigon) city to Nha Trang, and made a stopover in Mũi Né for a night. Mũi Né is half way from Ho Chi Minh City to Nha Trang – our morning bus made a stop at Mũi Né around 1:30PM where we had enough time to relax at the beach, explore the Mũi Né Fairy Stream and enjoyed the nightlife in the evening.
