What?

Bãi Dài Beach, also known as Long Beach, has spectacular views of both the islands, mountains, and a view of the entire length of the 4km long beach. The beach offers not only warm, but clear and calm water. There are many restaurants along this beach – depending what you’re in the mood for, you could scope out each restaurant to see their live seafood stock. You can then bargain between the restaurants to get the best deal. You can also pick out what seafood you want and have them cook any traditional Vietnamese dish you’d like. We liked getting a large fish and having them cook Cháo Cá (Vietnamese fish porridge) with half of it and grill the other half for fish spring rolls.

Where?

Bãi Dài Beach is located 30-40 minutes south of Nha Trang city at Cam Hải Đông, Cam Lâm, Khánh Hòa, Vietnam.

How?

Transportation to Bãi Dài Beach requires renting a motorbike or hiring a driver for the day. We had our local agency (An Nhien Travel) in Nha Trang book a driver for us. We had him drop us off and then we met back up with him at the same spot 4 hours later.
